FundMyHome.org provides homebuyers with Non-Repayable - No Income Limit Down Payment Assistance Grants to purchase Residential Real Estate as their Owner Occupied Primary and Secondary Residences, we are committed to providing you with a customer experience that is as pleasant as the years that you will spend living in your new home.
PREFERRED LENDERS AND REALTORS, Our Down Payment Assistance Recipients must use the services of our Preferred Lenders and Realtors as a condition to receiving Down Payment Assistance from FundMyHome.org. The whole buying process typically takes 60 to 90 days from beginning to end.
There is NO Application or Broker Fees and our Down Payment Assistance is Non-Repayable.

FundMyHome.org gives you the tools and information you seek to familiarize yourself with the homebuying process.

Before you apply, take the time to learn, click on every menu, watch all the videos, and take notes of your questions.
Watch the videos about the workflow and frequently asked questions. Check your credit scores on Creditkarma.com. Check your county loan limits, learn about credit supplements, watch the video that warns you about things to avoid before closing.
It is also important that you get acquainted with the required list of supportive documentation that you will need to provide. To Apply, you will need to obtain your Homebuyer ID # , submit your Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and upload your supportive documentation through our document uploader, so remember to save your username and password as you will need to return to your document uploader from time to time to upload updated documentation. (Your username will be your email address)

Before we begin, we want to make you aware that In some cases, individual computers may be set to magnify the computer screens at more than 100% which sometimes may cause computers to obstruct some of our sub-menus from plain view. To avoid this possibility, we recommend that you set your magnification rate at 80% or lower.
Here is how you do it:
In your computer keyboard, simply press and hold the Control (Ctrl) key while you press the minus or plus key(s) until you set your computer to display your screen at the desired magnification rate.
